  • During an appointment for my husband a Valley Health Team staff overheard a conversation about my husband and I not having health insurance and referred that we see the Certified Enrollment Counselor. We were able to schedule an appointment and were told what to bring in to insure that we would be able to promptly sign up.  When we arrived at our appointment we were greeted by front desk staff and immediately went in to see the enrollment counselor.  Filling out application was a breeze and Ofelia was a great resource for information on other services provided.  Unfortunately as the news media predicted the enrollment counselor did have an issue submitting our application, but because of the great communication between Valley Health Team and myself; we were able to get insured and continue to seek Valley Health Team as our primary care provider.

  • An unfortunate situation turned for the better with the help of Valley Health Team providers and staff.  When time was of the essence, I rushed my mother to Valley Health Team Kerman Health Center, she complained  of shortness of breath and chest pain.  Front desk staff immediately offered a wheel chair and assistance to bring my mother in.  A medical assistant was available to take vitals and an extremely calm, Dr. Kaileh was able to promptly asses my mother and give her medication that instantly made her feel more comfortable.   At  the providers request he kept her for observation until she was fine to go home.  Thankfully saving us a trip to the Emergency Room.
